"Ukhrul District is best known for the Shirui Lily or Siroy lily, (Lilium mackliniae Sealy), which is found in its natural habitat on the peak of Shirui Kashong, some 18 km east of the district headquarter, and Chromites which is in the soil of Lunghar Seihai Phangrei (Cow Keeping Place)."
